Trainee Healthcare Scientist

Ceri graduated with a Neuroscience degree from Cardiff University in 2016. In 2017 she gained a place on the NHS Scientist Training Programme – a three year scheme run by the National School of Healthcare Science and was placed at the Children’s Hospital.

As part of the programme, she’s learning to perform neurophysiological diagnostic tests such as EEG, nerve conductions studies and evoked potential recording, as well as studying for a master’s degree in Healthcare Science at Aston University. On successful completion of the programme, she will qualify as a healthcare scientist in the neurophysiology discipline.
