Do Your Own Thing
If our organised events aren’t quite what you’re looking for, don’t worry! There are plenty of ways you can get involved in fundraising to support our women, babies and families. We have some of our favourite ideas below so take a look and see if anything takes your fancy!
Why not go back-to-basics and organise a bake sale at your school, place of work, or just at home with your friends and family? Encourage your friends, family and colleagues to bring along a batch of cupcakes, biscuits, pastries, or anything else you might fancy and sell the delicious baked goods for a donation to Birmingham Women’s Hospital Charity!
It is with great thanks to the volunteer service, and our team of incredible knitters here at Birmingham Women’s Hospital that we are able to greatly support the Neonatal and Maternity departments regularly. The sales of kindly donated knitting on our weekly stall contribute to making a real and positive difference to the women, babies, and families we treat here, and this is owed to the generosity, dedication and hard work of our knitters and volunteers.
If you love knitting and would like to make a knitting donation to Birmingham Women’s Hospital, please get in touch to let us know how you would like to be involved.
Donations can be dropped into the Fundraising Office Monday to Friday (9.00am – 5.00pm). Please ensure you leave your name and address so that we can personally thank you for your kind contribution.
Whatever you have planned: a BBQ or birthday party; raffle or a row-athon; climb or concert, we’re here to support you!
