Liver Unit celebrating Professor Kelly’s retirement

Saturday 15 May, 2021

To celebrate over 30 years of looking after children with liver disease at our Liver Unit, along with the retirement of Professor Deirdre Kelly CBE who has led the service since it's inception, we are holding a special online event for all former and current patients and families of Professor Kelly.

The event will be an opportunity to hear from Professor Kelly herself along with some special guests and videos. Due to the number of children and young people who have been cared for by Professor Kelly over the years, the event has been split into three sessions. Please choose the session that is most convenient to you - you don't need to attend more than one.

If you are interested in saying a few words at the event about your patient journey or Professor Kelly's contribution please let us know on the form and we will be in touch to find out more.

The event will take place online and you will be sent the link to join your session a few days before the celebration.

Messages for Professor Kelly

Regardless of whether you are attending the event, if you've got a message for Professor Kelly, we'd love to hear from you. Please send us your message via the form on this page.
