Pay and Benefits

Pay and Benefits

This is your place to care and be cared for. The benefits we offer reflect this ambition. We listen carefully to colleagues about the things they value and challenge ourselves to make it happen.

We’re proud to be the first NHS employer to offer extra support to colleagues who suffer pregnancy loss or the complexities of having a baby born prematurely, and we encourage requests for flexible working for whatever reason you need it.

A job at BWC comes with a range of attractive benefits and we’re always looking for opportunities to do more.
