Antenatal Classes and Workshops
Parent Education and Support at Birmingham Women’s Hospital
We know that becoming a parent is one of the most exciting and sometimes challenging times of your life. We offer a range of learning opportunities and support to help you feel confident as you prepare for birth and early parenthood.
Our courses and online resources include birth preparation, feeding support, and ways to connect with others who are expecting a baby. All our BWH classes are online and free, but booking is essential as spaces fill quickly. One booking includes the pregnant person and a partner or birth supporter; you are also very welcome to attend alone. If English isn't your first language, please get in touch at the email below.
If you have difficulty booking or have any queries, please contact: bwc.hypnobirthing@nhs.net
