Nominate your 'Moment of Magic'
Our annual BWC Spirit Awards, proudly supported by our Charity, are back and this year we want to shine an even brighter light on the incredible achievements of our colleagues.
Last year we received over 800 nominations across our 14 categories. This time, we’re aiming even higher and we need your help to get there.
This is your chance to recognise the individuals and teams who make BWC such a special place. A short nomination from you could celebrate someone’s hard work, compassion or innovation and give them the opportunity to attend our fantastic awards ceremony in October.
We especially want to celebrate those unforgettable moments, the small acts of kindness, the unexpected gestures, the above‑and‑beyond moments that stay with our women, children, families and colleagues.
If you’ve witnessed a member of staff or team create a true Moment of Magic, this is the perfect category to recognise them. These are the moments that define who we are as a Trust and showcase our values in action.
How to nominate
Nominating is simple. Complete the short online form or submit 40 second video clip or voice note. Share as much detail as you can about your superstars, those who have lived our Trust values of being Ambitious, Brave and Compassionate and who embody the BWC Spirit every day.

We will also present our prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.
Every person and team nominated will receive a special BWC Spirit Awards e-certificate. These stories are always inspiring and being nominated can mean the world to someone. It only takes a moment.
