Rachel Brown

Rest of the West Midlands Public Governor

Mature student Rachel successfully juggles university life with motherhood. She is currently studying for a course titled Birth and Beyond, which examines how families can be supported as they transition into parenthood and she brings valuable insight to our Trust. She is passionate about the NHS and has a particular interest in women’s and children’s health. Before commencing her degree, Rachel worked in various roles at our Children’s Hospital which she enjoyed immensely. She believes in the Trust, the patients it serves and their families, and has the experience and skills to work hard to ensure that all patients, staff and visitors continue to receive an exceptional level of care. Rachel performs all roles she undertakes with enthusiasm, integrity and professionalism, and she is looking forward to this new challenge.
